Vacancy detail

1. Plan and manage the Electronic Countermeasures Enterprise in accordance with the Cap SM CMP.
2. Manage the development of ECM Enterprise enablers including alignment to Defence Enterprise Architecture(s) and Trials, Testing, Experimentation and Assurance facilities.
3. Lead the coherent development of ECM capabilities with wider Defence capabilities operating in the Electromagnetic Environment (EME), most notably Electronic Warfare (EW) and Counter Unmanned Aerial Sytems (CUAS).
4. Support the development of project artefacts to progress Business Investments; including generation of Project Mandates, and working intimately with Delivery Partners to develop use cases and capture user requirements.
5. Lead collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Defence including Other Government Departments.
6. Develop the ECM Enterprise and optimise interoperability with Allies (to incl, but not limited to FVEY and NATO) through attendance at relevant WGs and Symposia.
7. Develop low-TRL initiatives and technologies with Industry, academia and Dstl to develop low-TRL projects into tangible outputs that may inform Equipment Programmes.
8. Deputise for SO1 Joint Force Protection where required
