Additional post information: · Military lead for basing and infrastructure change projects within the DEO Generated Force, working to the Regional SO1. Post suits an ambitious and dynamic generalist DE Officer seeking a P3M role in Cap & Acq or Log (Infra). This is not a technical infra appointment. The incumbent must be able to operate on their own initiative within a high workload and high tempo environment, running multiple concurrent projects within the Army’s most complex infra change programme. They need credible generalist skills to exert influence at Unit/Fmn level and across Army HQ, and to adjudicate between the Army, DIO and other FLCs. The incumbent needs the temperament to work in a mixed military/civilian team, interacting daily to 1* and briefing regularly to 2*. Employer comment: The role has the opportunity to travel widely and to gain a plethora of P3M and MSP qualifications. |
