Domestic Considerations: up to 180 RSDs per year.

Army Reserve post,Flexibility to work late nights and weekends,      

Postion Role:  Sqn Admin Officer / 2IC

Job Spec Responsibilities to be inserted once confirmed
1. Assumes the responsibilities of the OC in their absence (either gapped post or day to day Sqn activity).
2.  Liaison with the ROSO to enact the Regt Recruiting and Engagement Plan.  Ensure that Sqn manning is managed and oversee engagement with Long Term Non Attenders.  Liaison with CAPITA on all recruiting matters where DIRLAUTH has been granted by RHQ.
3.  G1 administration of the Sqn, incl AR pay and TACOS.  Re-engagement and change of contract management in liaison with RCMO.
4. Line Management for Sqn Civil Servants, incl all pay, union and leave issues.
5.  Attend all unit meetings across the G1-9 spectrum ensuring that the Sqn Chain of Command is kept fully briefed.  Management of Sqn SPSI/PSI to enable Sqn and Regt trg.
6.  Sub Unit Welfare Officer provding 1st line support for all matters.
7.  Responsible for conducting site Head of Establishment (HOE) duties on behalf of CO in accordance with ACSO 1105 (infra/SHE/Security).                  
 8. Sqn level management of ResPO training in conjunction with the Adjt, CAPITA and local UOTC.
