COS / DComd NFS

1. Co-ordinates all staff functions across all lines of activities within the HQ.                                                                                                            2. Directs, trains and controls the HQ on operations, exercises and in barracks.                                                                                                          3. Implement all Organisation and Deployment activity decisions.            4. Lead on development of SOIs.                                                                        5. Directs the planning cycle and oversees the production of operational staff work.                                                                                                6. Deputises in Comd’s absence.                                                                                 7. Implement HQ Fd Army communications, messaging and media strategy.                                                                                                       8. Lead on risk and opportunity management.

Strong personality with proven leadership qualities able to operate at arm’s length from CofC support.  Must be able to give clear concise direction to the HQ including German workforce and operate with authority. Essential that the incumbent can function within an isolated team environment and understand the NFS functions
