Vacancy detail

To enable, within a conducive military environment, the swiftest return to duty or supported transition to a civilian life for all Wounded, Injured and Sick Service Personnel (WIS SP) in order to deliver the optimum recovery outcome for the SP and maximise deployability in direct support of the Army’s Main Effort.   
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to OC PRU for the accurate administration of PRU casework. 
2. Visit WIS SP (and their families) that live or are hospitalised in Edi Coy AOR for the duration of the recovery duty and develop and monitor IRP iaw AGAI 99. This may require occasional nights away from home.
3. Identify and report medical/military administrative, welfare and disciplinary problems to OC Edi Coy. 
4. Ensure timely entry of details of events and visits on electronic/paper files and WISMIS & VRMIS.
5. As directed by OC PRU, maintain and foster working relationships with those agencies engaging with soldiers and their families in the recovery process. 
6. Present, highlight and discuss SP cohort development of IRP and highest risks at 28 DCR under direction of OC Edi Coy.
7. Provide, and assist with, early intervention and upstream engagement across Field Army on behalf of S&NI PRU.
8. Support Edi Coy OC and Chief Clk in handling discipline matters in the military Chain as per AGAI 67. 
9. There may be a requirement to provide duty PRO cover whilst other PROs are on courses or recovery events away from home. E.g. Battleback course in Lillieshall or assisting with West Coast Recovery. 
10. Any other tasks as directed by OC Edi Coy.
