Vacancy detail

Subject to formal establishment, a vacancy will arise for a OR9 to serve as JW JWAC Coord at Joint Warfare, JFD, Northwood on RSDs Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 17 Jan 22.

For 90 to120 days per annum, coordinating the recruitment of part-time Joint Service Reserve personnel in JW as part of a 3-person team. Key requirements are:

•    Tenacity, strong organisation skills, sound IT skills and enthusiasm.  
•    Initiating Employment Plans.      
•    Conducting role inductions.  
•    Generating JS job adverts.  
•    Arranging and resolving Reserve pay.
•    Although WFH is appropriate now, an individual who can travel into Northwood once a week is desirable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Must be an OR9 of any specialisation.

Must be serving as a member of the Volunteer Reserve Forces.

Strong organisational skills. Tenacity, reliability. Sound IT skills.

Reserve recruitment experience.        

J1 Experience.                        

Experience in administration of JPA.
