Responsibilities:

1. Deputise for the Squadron Commander as required.
2. Overall management of all administrative matters in the Squadron on behalf of the OC.
3. Maintenance of the Sqn establishment.
4. Implementation and execution of Sqn management checks/ internal audit procedure.
5. Submission of timely reports and returns.
6. Oversee Squadron recruiting activities.
7. Complete any additional tasks as directed by your Sqn commander.
8. Promote an inclusive culture within area of responsibility, working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative.

applications, (including PPP, Mil CV and latest OJAR), to Capt MacLaverty, alexander.maclaverty100@mod.gov.uk. Must be able to attend physical trg and drill nights and there are opportunities for mid-week working dependant on applicant and on-going projects.
