| Domestic Considerations: No entitlement to Service Accommodation. This post does attract Home to Duty subject to policy outline for FTRS posts in London. Position Role: lead G4 officer in London OTC, with no QM Tech, no MTO, and a single RQMS. A wide ranging role covering the full G4 spectrum. Responsibilities: 1. G4. Quartermaster and MTO, responsible for equipment, equipment care, facilities and associated matters to ULOTC and lodger units. 2. In conjunction with GL RFCA and the Estate Management Plan, maintain and improve Yeomanry House infra, facilities and services. 3. Unit Welfare Officer. 4. Unit Diversity and Inclusion Officer. 5. Unit Security Officer. IT site manager for DII and JPA matters. 6. Budget Manager, providing expenditure advice and forecasts. 7. Unit SHEF Officer. 8. Senior line manager and recruitment officer for civilian staff. 9. Deploy and support the unit on induction weekends, the 16-day Annual Training Exercise, and any other training night and weekend serials where appropriate. |
