Enable the coordination and delivery of UK Ops in support of COS and SO2 Resilience.
Support the development of all JMC SE UK Ops CONPLANs, HQ Staff Work and other projects.
Conduct multi-agency liaison with cross-government resilience partners when required.
Understand and disseminate UK Ops policy and doctrine and conduct desk level liaison with RC Ops and SJC GDN.
During UK Operations or exercises augment HQSE as Watchkeeper, Planner, or Military Liaison Officer (MLO) as required.
Support other JMC SE outputs, including Engagement/Cadets or other activities as determined by the COS.
Support RST recruitment and training.
Complete mandated UK Ops Trg, including bespoke RST training as required.
Staff - Grade2.
UK Ops - UK Ops experience would be helpful, but not essential.
Wide experience of tri-service G3 Ops/UK Ops staff work and procedures beneficial.
Initial HQ SE and UK Ops Induction brief conducted on appointment. Attend Defence Contribution to Resilience Course L3 and AIRWAVE training.
UK based Army Reserve, FTRS, ADC are allowed Entitled Rates for accommodation purposes, SLA/SFA only. See JSP 464 for T/Cs,
Potential emergency callout liability on VTOD (up to 20 days max) locally/regionally.
Potential Intelligent Mobilisation Liability.
Must be prepared to support the JMC during UK Ops.
Applicants must live within the boundaries of HQ SE AOR. Flexible/hybrid working subject to Comd’s agreement.
