Vacancy detail

1. Provide catering support to all training and operational support activity undertaken by 3 MI Bn as directed by the QM
2. Maintain all catering/ration accounts in line with current regulations on a monthly basis - to the QM for authorisation/audit
3. Maintain the standard of all 3 MI Bn catering facilities in accordance with current military and civilian (5*) standards
4. Complete MS reporting on catering staff according to MS guidelines
5. Care of all catering equipment in accordance with Bn Equipment care directive and present it for biannual C351 external inspection
6. Actively recruit additional chefs to the Bn to fill established posts; ensure they are trained and qualified for promotion
7. Maintain RLC trade currency and apply catering directives as issued by RLC catering authorities
8.Maintain FHPA and LSAI audits
9. Maintain food safety requirements
