Vacancy detail

1. Head of Arm for Regtl SPS personnel
2. Responsible for the technical competence of HR Admin personnel in the unit; lead for G1A Inspection. 
3. Imprest Checking Officer and Service Non-Public Funds Internal Auditor
4. Provide advice and financial information to the Unit Budget Manager.   
5. Provide advice on pay, allowances, charges and non-effective benefits as required.  Ensure that SP receive their correct pay and allowances. 
6. Maintain the Army Information Asset Register and Appoint Personal Information Asset Owners
7. Advise the CO and CoC on unit documentation, administrative policy and JPA functionality. 
8. Lead on Regulation and Propriety. 
9. Exercise control of personnel administrative procedures in the unit. 
10. LUMS administrator.
11. Unit Resettlement and Briefing Offr 
12. Provide financial counselling when required and signpost individuals to obtain professional financial advice
13. Countersigning Officer for E1 HR Grades.  Line Manager for the FSA
14. Appointed IT Security Officer, Process eCase Freedom Of Information requests
15. Any other duty directed by the Commanding Officer. 
SC.  RAO course. Service Funds qualified. Imprest Holder, ITSO, Resettlement Advisor, eCase providers course
