Unit Role: Manage and support assigned PRD and provide support to the wider Field Army in the management and administration of PRD.t Deliver the swiftest return to duty or supported transition to civilian life for PRD iot maximise deployability in direct support to the Army’s Main Effort.
Responsible for all G1 matters and acts as the Commanding Officers principal Staff Officer, advising on discipline and administrative policy.
Role requires long hours, weekend work, regular silent hours on call duty and call out liability. Regular travel across South and East of England resulting in nights out of bed.

1.Principle Staff officer for PRU East Commanding Officer.
2.Responsible for MS and career management of all PRU East staff.
3.Responsible for discipline, major administrative action, Service complaints and CDT.
4.Responsible to the CO for unit G1 assurance, policy compliance and G1 Reports and Returns.
5.Unit lead for maintenance of discipline and good order across all ranks of PRU East including PRD.
6.Maintain PRU staffing through liaison with RPoCs, RC, APC and DBS.
7.Responsible for recording, submitting and managing all NOTICAS and Learning Accounts requirements.
8. Act as the PRU lead on Parliamentary Enquiries.
9.Coordinating and RoD of PRU East 28 DCR, Quarterly Comd Gp, VRM and MS Boards.
10.Co-ordinating VVIP visits, facilitating meetings, conferences and Boards.
11.Deputise for EXO PRU East as required
