Vacancy detail

 - Track all Sqn candidates through the recruiting process until completion of CIC.
 - Maintain accurate records of all Sqn recruits using DRS and 6 Regt AAC Soldier Pipeline Matrix and SharePoint.
 - Nurture all Sqn applicants and candidates through to Attestation and into Recruit Training
 - Provide Sqn recruit training and mentoring advice to the OC.
 - Production of the Sqn Recruiting and Engagement OUTREACH FOE.
 - Plan, deliver and manage Sqn level OUTREACH activities, ensuring all activities are logged and recorded on the UCE.
 - Coordinate Sqn RRMT attendance at Regt level OC RMTT delivered mentoring and retention activities
 - Produce all administrative support in the delivery of OUTREACH activities, to include WO, AO, PXR and PME.
 - Represent Sqn interests at all Regt / Bde Recruiting / RMTT and OUTREACH meetings.
 - Update all Sqn Level Recruiting and Outreach activities on Sqn / Regt external Media platforms.
 - Ensure all Recruiting / engagement material, documentation and publications are updated and maintained.
 - Account for and maintain all issued recruiting equipment and material
Must have a sound knowledge of recruiting and recruit training process at Sub Unit level and be coherent with the construct of an AAC Reserve Regiment.
