Vacancy detail

Position Role:   Develop, Manage and Coordinate the RLC Sldr workforce, including the selection of 3RT applicants.  

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate RLC Sldr workforce with WF Plans and APC.
  2. Principal staff focus for RLC Sldr Re-allocation, Re-trade, Rejoiners and Transferees (3RT).
  3. In conjunction with HQ Army, HQ ARITC, HQ RG, CAPITA & DCLPA plan and coord the detailed.Management of the RLC RAP including, 3RT.
  4. With DCLPA Coordinate and manage the RLC Sldr WF pipeline including 3RT within all Ph 1 & 2 Trg estbs with the designated RLC HoA/Trg Offrs.
  5. Act as the primary RLC POC for CAPITA CSMs, ASCs and ACC for Shading, CEG entrance, GTI requests and CEG specific criteria.
  6. Provide advice to WF Plans to manage and coordinate the RLC DTP, and to all RCMOs involved in the 3RT process.
  7. Plan & coordinate RLC representation, support and resources for the Internal Transfer Fairs & act as Standing Member on the ATSTB.
  8. Act as Secretary for the Corps Pers WG and APC Board Member on Instructions.

ICSC(L)

Sub-unit command an advantage.  Recent experience of G1/Pers matters beneficial.

Strong understanding of RLC structures, trades and roles (including niche areas) essential.  Previous experience as an RCMO or in recruiting/trg would be an advantage.
