Vacancy detail

1. Work closely with SO1 AOSB (SSE) to ensure the coherent planning and delivery of assessment event, including production of assessment information supporting fair candidate preparation, requirements setting and process for report generation to APC. 
2. Lead for annual review and creation of Assessment Strategy and Assessment Specifications. 
3. Work closely with SO1 AOSB (SSE) to define the resourcing plan required to create assessment material and support event delivery, including the Assessment Centre. Engage with Land Operations Cell and Ed Br as required. 
4. Direct and supervise the central assessment writing team to produce the highest quality, fair and appropriate assessments to meet the ASpecs.
5. Lead the development of Assessment Centre role and SOPs, deploying as its OIC during the event itself. 
6. Design and deliver Directing Staff training intervention.
7. Act as the assessment SME and arbitor of any assessment related issues.
8. Support the transition of AOSB (SSE) to Home Command, leading on the capture and production of assessment related lessons to inform 2023 design.
9. Engage with stakeholder community to ensure that assessments are produced, conducted, marked and feedback delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
1. Learning Development Advisor (LDA).
2. Masters degree (education related field).
3. ICSC(L).
1. Previous experience of LECAB / AOSB / AEC / civilian assessment & selection centres.
2. P3M experience.
3. Previous Pers experience.
FTRS Application through to boarding
2. Opportunity  for flexible / remote working at distance.
3. SQEP / LDA experience is more critical than rank to successful output delivery .  
4. Post will transfer to Home Command ownership in Nov 22.
