Unit Function

JW’s mission is to direct the development, preparation, integration, assurance, and analysis to create advantage for the Joint Force.

Position Role

To provide MS, HR and administrative assistance to JW personnel

Responsibilities 

Enable the Joint Force to operate effectively, now and in the future.

Advise, shape, evaluate, and prioritize administrative and support tasks across JW.

Support the management of resources (people, equipment, and information) that underpins the operation of JW.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align best practices and processes. Lead on SHEF and Fire Warden rep within Joint Warfare.

Controlling classified holdings within JW IAW JSP 440.

Liaise with NWD Unit Personnel Office as required for personnel tracking, pay etc

Joint Operations Planning Course administrator.

Controlling IT holdings within JW, and support IM task 

Must be an OR4 or OR6 of any specialisation.

Must be serving as a member of the Reserve Forces or have served with the Regular Forces.

This appointment requires an experienced NCO capable of operating within a high tempo Joint environment to provide essential MS,HR and administrative support to JW personnel. SC clearance is required to access Northwood HQ and fulfil range of duties
