Domestic Considerations: Reside within 50 mile radius. Some attendance on Wed training nights,  staff training weekend and 15-day Annual Camp may be required
Position Role:  The mission of the OTC/OTR is to develop the leadership potential of selected university students and potential officers for the Army Reserve, raising awareness of the Army's ethos and building interest in its career opportunities; in order to secure their commitment, whether as officers or as future leaders in their chosen profession, to champion the Army in society. 
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day management of admin office.  
2. Supervise the Management Check Plan, including Postal, Travel, pay and allowances and personal documents.
3. Information Support Officer, Data Protection Officer. 
4. Submit monthly returns to higher formation as required, Equality and Diversity, RFCA.
5. Assist in the management of OJAR /SJAR administration.
6. Supervision and training of civilian staff employed in admin office, JPA and all G1 matters.
7. Act as line manager for health and safety matters within admin office.
8. Run the unit IMPREST account and Service Non Public Fund. 
9. Assist with annual OTC reports and returns.
10. Line Manager and recruitment responsibilities for civilian and military HR clerks. 
11. As a unit with a small permanent staff, there will likely be a requirement to assume other tasks and responsibilities.
