Unit Role: Deliver specialist Raiding capabilities on operations and at readiness, generate FE for LRG-operations and Develop SpecOps capabilities iot SUPPORT an OPERATE-OPERATE Cdo Force.
Position Role: The primary purpose of the IHub Manager is to ensure the smooth running of the IHub. Ensuring good IM and IX practises within 47 Cdo are adhered to.in both deployed and barracks space.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a functioning iHub in order to support the Command and Unit Output.
2. Ensure compliance with SharePoint, ModNet Official and Secret systems.
3. Ensure IM policies and protocols are maintained on behalf of the SIO.
4. Act as building Manager for W008 Triumph Building
5. Supervise and develop all IM subordinates within the Unit.
6. Act as Document Security Officer for 47 Cdo. Ensuring all MOD 102s are compliant with Policy.
7. Act as the Records Manager and Data Protection Officer for 47 Cdo. Ensuring Compliance.
8. Act as the DITSO in support to the ITSO 47 Cdo Chief Clerk.
Domestic Considerations:
UK based working from Triumph Bldg HMNB Plymouth. Normal office hours apply,will occasionally be required to work unsocial hours or may have to attend residential Cse to ensure SQEP..
Must be an OR6 of any specialisation. OR4 applicants with a recommend for the next higher rank in their most recent OJAR will be considered.
OR7 applicants, if successful, will only be paid as and wear the rank of OR6.
Must be serving as a member of the Reserve Forces or have served with the Regular Forces.
