Vacancy detail

1. Responsible to the Commanding Officer for the day to day administration of the OTR.
2. Principal staff officer for all unit G1 matters; personnel, establishments, manning, and discipline.
3. Auditor of the unit Public and Non-Public funds.
4. Management responsibility for all unit records, preparation for the G1SI inspection, Security vetting register, Unit
records Officer.
5. Responsible for the management of all OJARs/SJARs and MS focal point.
6. 1RO and/or line manager for RAWO and FSA within the unit.
7. Additional roles within the unit, PAPMIS, WISMIS, DPA and IT Security Officer
8. To advise on changes to legislation and promulgate directives that impact on the delivery of SPS functionality and develop, devise and revise procedures accordingly.
8.Provide financial/administrative direction and assistance to PSAOs and NWOTR

Unit Role:  Develop the leadership potential of selected students and Army Reserve potential officers, and to promote the Army’s ethos and career opportunities to secure commitment to the Army, first as officers, but also as future leaders in their chosen profession who will champion the Army in society. Domestic Considerations: Must be prepared to support OTR Annual camp and OTXs as directed by the Commanding Officer and may be required to support unit training (one evening per week and one weekend a month).
