Vacancy detail
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the Army’s functional lead for the Apprenticeship Programme and provide SME advice and guidance to all key stakeholders.
2. Generate and operate the Army’s Apprenticeship Programmes, ensuring compliance with internal and external assurance requirements and budgetary oversight across delegated funding lines.
3. Lead for the quality assurance and improvement of the Army’s Apprenticeshipe Programme in accordance with OFSTED, ESFA and wider regulatory body direction and guidance
4. Establish and maintain an Apprenticeship Stakeholder and Customer network to support the delivery of the Army Programme, including the DO WG and Maxi Management Boards
5. Lead for Apprenticeship Programme related internal training, communications, internal/external briefs and presentations.
6. Lead for the R2A requirements across the Army Apprenticeship Programme.
7. Support the 4* delivery of contracts, FOI requested and PQ responses
8. 1RO for SO2 Apprenticeships, and 2RO for WO2 Apprenticeship Communications. Deputise for DACOS Ed on Army Apprenticeship Programme related matters.
