Domestic Considerations: Army Reserve Post. ADC Contract up to 3 days per week (negotiable). Subject to MS Referral process which will include CRB checks.
Post Role: Recruiter
Responsibilities:
1. Promote the ARMY Reserve as a brand to maximise recruiting activity at sub unit level.
2. Liaise with neighbouring sub units in support of the recruiting effort.
3. Conducting face to face interviews, coordinate recruit training.
4. Support the ReMSO in the delivery of individual mentoring activities, and assist in the nurturing of candidates through the process.
5. Ensure enlistment procedure is conducted to the highest professional standard.
6. The managing of recruits in preparation for the phase one and two training program.
7. Recording and monitoring, updating DRS, recording recruiting and mentoring activities and assist with applicant mentoring and interviewing procedures.
