Vacancy detail

1.     Execute command functions of the MPS Reserve Coy Permanent Staff on a daily basis.    2.     Execute command functions over AGC (MPS) Reserve Company in the absence of the OC and contribute to MPS Regiment outputs.  3.     Develop and maintain trained CPers Advisory capability and FE@R in accordance with the Regtl  Cts Matrix.   4.     Oversee administration of MPS Reserve Coy to ensure assurance and compliance.   5.     Manage specialist MPS Reserve recruiting and training pipeline activity.   6.     Advise OC MPS Reserve Coy on operational  and regimental matters.   7.     Line manager for civilian El HR Admin Clerk staff.   8.     Provide CM advice to Coy personnel and contribute to CM processes as required.   9.     Regimental Employer Engagement Officer    10. MPS Reserve liaison officer in respect of internal and external individual and organisational stakeholders.                                                                           Residence within daily commuting distance of Colchester. Requirement for travel/overnight stays within UK. Conduct assurance and liaison visits to employers, recruiting events, FTXs/Training nationally. Support coy training activity in the field. Irregular hours including evening and weekend working will be required.   
A breadth of G1 K,S,E is critical in this role.

The Military Provost Staff (MPS) Reserve Coy is part the hybrid MPS Regt. The company is a nationally recruited specialist Reserve sub-unit who provide specialist detention capability.  Provost vetting clearance is required for this role.
