Vacancy detail
- Provide D&G on personnel administration matters to the GSU and its dependencies.
- Conduct assurance activities in support of the G1A. To be conducted in accordance with UAM Part 8.
- Undertake G1 and SPS management checks on JPA. Run management prints iaw the UAM against personal data held.
- Responsible for quality assurance of unit pay accounts. To include the supervision of the civilian administration team in the control of officers’ and soldiers’ pay accounts.
- Control and coordination of unit termination procedures. Including the termination register, under supervision of RAWO, in accordance with UAM Part 5 Chapter 7.
- Control accountable documents registers. Also,supervise the administration of debit/credit vouchers.
- The receipt, control and timely dispatch (on assignment/long course/transfer or discharge) of personal documents (AF A2026).
- Control of DOMCOL/DOMCOL Substitute Register.
- Control of unit administrative procedures relating to authorised absences/move & track/SSRR.
- Assist and advise unit personnel with the iExpenses package.
- Team-site Administrator under supervision of RAWO.
- Be prepared to assist iMgr. Specifically with MODNet Systems Administrator (SA), including Local Security Officer (LSO) or Authorised Demander (AD). Also, bpt assist with unit iHub processes and procedures.assist with unit iHub procedures.
- Act as assistant to D&I Advisor.
14. Any other essential/non-essential tasks as detailed by the CoC/FCoC (to inc (but not restricted to) manning any mission critical gaps, i.e, finance related).
