Vacancy detail

1. Responsible to RAO for the Implementation of documentation, administration, and assurance (GIA) policy laid down by D Pers Admin and current regulations,
2 Responsible to the RAO for the implementation of first line professional and personal development training of the SPS Reserves personnel and the civilian HR Pers Admin support personnel. 
3. Carry out tasks of the Senior Information Support Officer (SISO).  This involves the management of the iHub on behalf of the Information Manager under the direction of the Senior Information Officer.
4. Control of the unit Guaranteed Access Point (unit mailbox) 
5 Responsible for the conduct of Readiness Administration Checks (RACs)
6 To exercise functional control of the Regimental Admin Office procedures and MS matters as detailed by the Adjt.
7. Assist with Unit administration of COE and application and uploading
8. Responsible for the arrival, distribution, and safe keeping of all mail systems within the unit
Staff Experience. Must be ISO trained. Basic computer literacy, preferably with experience  of JPA Management tools including SOEASI and the HR Dashboard.  The application of LUMS incl RAPS and MUSTER. A good working knowledge of the UAM is essential.
Pers experience.
Good working knowledge of HR administration. Previous experience of working with Army Reserves. Knowledge of the AMS. A sound knowledge of personnel administration, including JPA and G1 (Discipline) and credible in his advice to the CO and CoC.
FTRS Application through to boarding
Most suitable for Ex Regular AGC (SPS) personnel. Desirable CNO/CVO trained and 
TRiM Practitioner/ Coordinator trained. Tact and discretion are key requirements and able to proactively assess and implement personal policy at unit level.Able to communicate effectively orally and on paper and with the CoC, with the Permanent Staff (military, civilian and contractors).
