Domestic Considerations: Preferably live within a 50 mile radius of SO15 2DX. 44 RSDs per year (additional RSDs may be negotiable). Some weekend and overnight duty required.
Position Role: Chef
Responsibilities:
1. Provide catering support for all training activities.
2. Provide catering for Company dinner nights and Officers' Mess events.
3. Assist with recruiting and nurturing potential chefs to fill positions within UOTC.
4. Maintain a working relationship with the local catering college.
5. Assist with trade training for all chefs. Ensure MATTs are completed.
6. Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety law.
7. Procure rations from local suppliers.
8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
Must be recommended for any instructional duties.
Qualified Chef.
Health & Safety.
Nutrition.
Any AT Qualifications.
