Domestic Considerations: Preferably live within a 50 mile radius of SO15 2DX. 44 RSDs per year (additional RSDs may be negotiable). Some weekend and overnight duty required.
Position Role: Master Chef
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the catering department within the unit.
2. Provide catering support for all training activities.
3. Provide catering for Company dinner nights and Officers' Mess events.
4. Recruit and nurture potential chefs to fill positions within UOTC.
5. Maintain a working relationship with the local catering college.
6. Manage the trade training for all chefs. Ensure MATTs are completed.
7. Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety law.
8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
Must be recommended for any instructional duties.
