Vacancy detail

Support Regt'l Ops in formulating individual and collective training competencies that achieves the CCO.

Support Regt'l Ops in the assurance and validation of squadron training exercise written staff work assuring that all training is SST/DDH compliant prior to conduct.

Support Regt'l Ops in the planning for selected sub unit training events being identified for assurance.

Capture lessons identified and lessons learnt (LL/LI) during the assurance/validation of training IAW Regt'l assurance SOP.

Recording of LL/LI data IAW Regt'l assurance SOP and identify trends.

As a coaching mentor IAW Army Trainer Capability should provide mentorship and guidance to training facilitators, enablers within the unit.

DTTT

Mil Spec Qual: The Trg/Ass Offr should have a mil spec qualification, served within a training establishment or had previous experience in either the planning/conduct of training.

Coaching Mentor or Army Instructor Leader / Instructional Background: 

The Trg Offr should ideally have either a Coaching Mentor or Army Instructor Leader qualification as it will provide the fundamentals of assurance of training and mentoring of those DTTTv3/training deliverers.

A Regimental Appointments board will be convened to select the suitable candidate assured by 1(UK) Sig Bde. Applications are to be sent direct by email to the RCMO, Capt McVey: Terry.mcvey536@mod.gov.uk

Annual Bounty will be awarded on achievement of mandatory training requirements. RSDs: 27 days with the possibility of additional days available. Evening and weekend work will be required.

In receipt of 5% X factor within salary and HDT.

Reserve pension is applicable after 24 months.
