Job Description

The Army Talent Management System User Support is a user-focussed role to support Unit ATMS Coordinators (UAC)s with unit onboarding to the ATMS Skills App. They will also support UACs in maintaining and exploiting all elements of the ATMS data and resolve complex user problems. The SO2 User Support will ensure those running to any APC board are able to create thier Skill Profile to meet board expectations.

Essential Skills

Previous staff experience

Familiarity with Fd Army units & 1*/2* HQs

Desirable Skills

This requires someone comfortable with the use of digitial applications. Excellent communications skills in order to brief and train individuals and UACs. Should be fluent in use of MS Excel, PPT and MS Teams
