AA PTI Inkerman Coy

This Appt delivers physical training to Army Reserve Phase 1 Recruits and Inkerman Coy personnel. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Delivery of PD elements of CMS FS to Army Reserve recruits attending ATR(G) delivered Basic Training Cses.
• Delivery of PD outputs to ATR(G) and Inkerman Coy personnel, optimising physical performance including health and wellbeing.
• Assist the RAPTC QMSI with the management of physical development (PD) activities (design/implement and delivery).
• Conduct and record physical fitness testing to include screening.
• Update the ATR(G) CoC on Permanent Staff health and fitness statistics.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of gym facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
• Assist in the organisation of PD events and PT development to enable the unit's operational role.
• Execute delegated tasks in line with directed control measures to maintain the Safe System of Training and general health and safety in the workplace.

AA PTI  or Reserve PTI Advanced qualified

On selection: Basic CoT, PREVENT Awareness and WIP

Within 6-Months of employment: SC, AIS PET Module 1 ( DTc(A) & ACoT)

All applicants are encouraged to liaise with ATR(G) and conduct a 'Look at Life' visit to understand the role of the Unit and any responsibilities associated with the Appt. ATR(G) is a Regional Army Reserve unit.

Inkerman Coy is based out of Venning Barracks, Donnington. 

ATR(G) to not conduct routine 'Training Nights' and there is no assured event liability due to the nature of the role. Certificate of efficiency and associated bounty will be awarded on achievement of ALL mandatory training requirements and meeting the minimum commitment of 27 x RSD over the training year.  Up to 44 x RSD have been allocated to the Appt annually to enable the delivery Army Reserve CMS FS serials.  

Evening and weekend work will be required.
