Vacancy detail

To manage the routine running of the Hospital management Cell and to oversee the management of all patient administrationwithin the hospital. 1. Manage and mentor Assistant Wardmasters and advise other HMC, Ops and hospital staff.  Manage shift rotation within HMC.
2. Initiate and manage the NOTICAS process IAW JSP 751, including the supervision of any SELF-KINFORMING.  
3. Act as focal point for all BG rear party Liaison Officers.
4. Track all casualties from notification of pending arrival until discharge from the facility.
5. Maintain up to date bed state in conjunction with SNO and DMD.
6. Manage all patient records IAW current VFH SOPs and the Caldicott Guidelines.  Comply with Clinical Governance requirements IAW current doctrine and SGPLs.
7. Record all required hospital data as specified by current MTF SOPs.  Have oversight of R2 data transmission.
8. Maintain Link Between R1 and R2E/R3..  
Must be CMT1 , IT is am intrinsic part of role.Must be working or recently worked in clinical management role prior to selection. MRA(a)&(b) – -Caldicott L1 – Safeguarding L1, mandatory Data protection trg
