Vacancy detail

  1. Ensure RMAS Gp is compliant for D&I training, reporting statistics and succession planning to DCOS RMAS Gp.
  2. Act as the bridge between the HC D&I team, local D&I networks, subordinate fmns and into Diversity & Inclusion (Advisors) in units and drive D&I communication across the group.
  3. Support the delivery of Op TEAMWORK across RMAS Gp.
  4. Identify best practice D&I training, drive continual learning and deliver persistent D&I engagement to dependencies. Feed into RMAS Gp Organisational learning processes to ensure continual improvement.
  5. Support the comdt in all aspects of RMAS Gp Organisational Culture work.
  6. Identify and report on organisational culture risk and identify solutions in line with wider Army Organisational Culture strategy.
  7. Assist in the creation and maintenance of RMAS Gp Standing Orders and SOIs, ensuring organisational culture work is embedded in all policy and practice.

8. Deliver Organisational Culture awareness to all areas of RMAS Gp. 

ICSC(L) or (R)

IT Literate

    IG2 or SG2 with previous staff experience at 1*/2* HQ

    A post sub-unit command SO2 is preferred

    Previous G1/Pers experience desirable
