This role would suit a diligent individual who has an understanding of the system of training and validation. Previous roles in a Training Establishment would be a real plus although not required and a willingness to travel is a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for instructor validation and maintenance of relevant records.
2. Responsible for student validation and maintenance of relevant records.
3. Assist in the maintenance of Unit Policy in relation to education and validation.
4. Responsible for policies and strategies for students and staff with learning difficulties.
5. Prep all documents for OFSTED and other audit pre-inspection action.
6. Support and deputise for the OC/2IC on G1 and G4 matters and other as directed by OC/2IC.
7. Implement Field Army Lessons Learnt process.
Knowledge of Army IX Systems.
