Vacancy detail

Responsible for the career management of all soldiers Pte to WO1 and to assist with CM of Officers as required by CoC.
1. To advise the CO, CoC and individuals on all aspects of Career Management (CM) in liaison with the APC and Bde G1 Staff.
2. Implement and supervise control of the unit’s soldiers, policy and procedures on promotion and assignments.
3. Act as main unit PoC for APC, on soldier manning issues.
4. Responsible for the organisation and management of all soldiers grading and appointment boards on behalf of the CO
5. The focal point for personal development and advice to soldiers and junior officers on careers, vocational education and learning.
6. Responsible for the maintenance of the AFC 8005s and staff establishment amendments.
7. To advise and assist the CO, CoC and individuals on aspects of Resettlement/Transition in liaison with AGC (ETS).
8. To maintain JPA Establishment Administrator and CM roles.
RCMO Qualified
Extensive working knowledge of AMS CEG's
Unit Resettlement Officer Qualified
Army Reserve Experience
Staff Experience (ICSC) SUC
FTRS Application through to boarding
1. Highly motivated Self Starter able to prioritise and work unsupervised to deliver Unit CM Outputs.
2. Must be able to deliver verbal and written briefings at all levels from Soldiers to Higher CoC.
3. Must have a high level of written english able to concisely convey the ability and aspirations of SP.
4. Must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and delivering at capacity.
