FTRS - Home Commitment
Vacancy detail
1. Deputise for the OC on day to day basis.
2. Security Officer; Physical Site Security for the Buildings, Stores & Equipment (inc Documents, IT & Weapons).
3. Administration Officer – Focal Point to all Sqn pers for all Pers Admin, Pay & Operational Deployments (inc Sqn Service Funds Account holder).
4. Liaise with RHQ POC’s and external agencies as req for all Sqn Welfare, PAPMIS, CM, MS and G1 Disc issues.
5. Supervision and daily tasking of the Permanent Military and Civilian staff, including HRMS administration as required.
6. Site MODNET LSO.
7. Estate Manager – responsible for daily running, maintenance and future planning of the ARC infrastructure and fabric and the management of external lettings in conjunction with RFCA.
8. Civil Servant Line Manager; line management of all CS pers.
9. Complete any mandated military or civilian trg in line with relevant policies applicable to role as an Army Officer.
