Vacancy detail

1. Management of administrative matters in respect of Coy personnel, accommodation, vehicles, equipment, policy and legislation covering all aspects of G1 to G9.
2. Management of Reg/NRPS/FTRS soldiers and civilian staff.
3. Preparation of personnel for mobilisation and deployment on Ops abroad and UK Ops.
4. All administrative and personnel matters including pay, enlistments and discharges.
5. Service (non-public) funds accountant.
6. Recruitment, training, career management and retention of Coy personnel.
7. Management of the Army Reserve Centres on behalf of LRFCA.
8. Security, Welfare and Health and Safety Officer for the Coy.
Service Funds and D&I Advisor courses.
RAPS, CHURCHILL, JAMES AND JPA
FTRS Application through to boarding
Previous experience of the Army Reserves. The PSAO position is highly desirable as this is a highly active and well-deployed sub-unit with several personnel on operations at any time.
Working knowledge of RAPS, CHURCHILL and other Reserve IT systems and a thorough awareness of JPA are essential.
