Vacancy detail

Unit Role:  Responsible for providing the command and control for the Divisional Artillery Group in support of 3rd
(United Kingdom) Division. 
Position Role: SO2 Deployability will provide the bridge between the pers and med branches in 3XX and the HQ and 1 Arty Bde units.
Responsibilities:
1. Advisor to Comd 1 Arty Bde on all deployability and med matters across the Bde.
2. Co-ordinate Med administration, inspections and audits; interpret mil and civ med policy and plans.
3. Provide day to day advice to Bde Staff and units on deployability matters and support med trg across the Bde. 4.Provision of Med plans and OSW for Bde Ops and Ex.
5. Liaise and assist where required with manning, infrastructure and med issues to Reg units.
6. Act as lead for Bde WISMIS, PAPMIS assurance and Bde HQ Unit Health Committee
7.  Support DCOS in enhancing the Bde's deployability levels through a better understanding of Army-wide Health issues.
8. Coordinate the dissemination of Health Policy and supporting initiatives across the Bde.
