Task requirements

Direct support to the XO implementing the Bn Trg Directive. Manage the Battalion Cambian Patrol Team. Co-ordinate Trg and entry to military skills competitions at home and overseas. Co-ordination of MATT’s and other Trg serials and provide statistics. Support the XO with Pre-Deployment Trg. Manage Battalion Trg at Annual Camp and during training weekends..

Essential competencies

Have a Trg background. Instructor qualifications.

Desirable competencies

Command & Leadership Qualities. Good communication skills.
