Vacancy detail

RSDs:50 - 80, more if required. High level of weekend work. Must be able to support periods of consolidated training.
Essential: Deliver the Army Reserve Basic Training Physical Development package to recruits in training. Develop your Leadership skills, motivated to improve, recommend and implement improvements to the package.

Post Role: PTI
Qualifications: Basic PTI.  If not already held, must attend DTc (A) via ASLS once appointed.

PTI qualified.

ASLS DTc (A).  If qual not held, course must be attended within 3 mths of appointment.

Cat B driver licence.

Other instructional qualification to teach Army Reserve recruits.

Cat D-1 Dvr Lic

ATU (NI) train the Army's next generation of Army Reserve soldiers.  We deliver demanding, realistic but safe basic training that develops the character of our soldiers enabling them to embark on their military career with confidence and a will to succeed in all they do.  We teach the values and standards of the British Army using inspirational role models and ensure that our soldiers can do the basics brilliantly. 

Our mission is:

To deliver trained and motivated Reserve soldiers to the Field Army and establish a centre of excellence in Northern Ireland.

A very rewarding post with high level of job satisfaction.  An excellent opportunity to attend additional career courses.  The essential qualifications listed are those required to perform the task.  If not held, they must be obtained shortly after appointment.
