77th Brigade seeks to deliver non-lethal effects to change audience behaviour through non-kinetic actions, to have a cognitive effect across the Integrated Operating Framework. While ‘operating’ and ‘warfighting’ to deliver influence primarily through non-lethal effects as part of Integrated Action at the operational level, the Brigade will contribute to tactical Combined Arms Manoeuvre through support to formation Information Manoeuvre Groups.
The role is to deliver an effective, inclusive Recruiting process to attract, recruit and nurture Army Reserve recruits and support whole force recruiting activity.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process, including the Brigade Briefing and Assessment events.
2. Support the design and delivery of an innovative engagement plan.
3. Conduct and review the Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis.
4. Deliver engaging and informative presentations to a broad range of audiences.
5. Support the 77th Brigade Ambassador Network and Brigade Visit Day events.
6. Manage the relationships with NRC, APC Career Managers, targeted RCMOs and key civilian organisations.   
7. Represent 77th Brigade at engagement and recruitment events across the country.
8. Coordinate with Groups across 77th Brigade to identify capability gaps and corresponding high quality candidates.
9. Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media.  
10. Carry out all other activities as directed by the relevant CoC. 
Driving Licence
Ideally trained in use of Defence Recruiting System (DRS) and attended the CoT and DTTT and Reserve Recruiters Course and the CSL D&I package. Courses can be applied for once in post.

The 77th Brigade ReMSO 1 role is an excellent opportunity for a personable, driven, enthusiastic team player to be part of a fast-paced team within this specialist Brigade. You will have excellent IT skills, be very comfortable using Office 365 and SharePoint and have a working knowledge of the defence IT systems. 
The role offers an opportunity to utilise excellent administrative & presentational skills, work alongside some extremely talented personnel to help deliver next level recruiting and engagement activities. Using out of the box thinking, you’ll become an integral part of an innovative proactive recruiting team to develop a comprehensive program of events and an innovative way to attract Regulars, Reserves and Civilian Specialists into the Brigade, managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly of civilians into the Specialist Reserve. You will be a good planner and coordinator able to communicate easily across the ranks and into the civilian sector. You’ll have a good understanding of Reserve policies and Reserves motivators and ideally have recruiting experience but this can be developed. Past experience in Recruiting Group or Army Engagement Group is desirable. Although exclusively based in Denison Bks, there may be opportunities to work remotely and there may be a need to travel so you must have a full valid driving licence.
