The key output of the role over the next 4 months will be delivering:
1. 2* CTTP Pg Bds and 1* multi-stakeholder CTTP RoC drills.
2. Key approvals gates artefacts (including LROC and JROC papers) .
3. CTTP Organisational Safety Assessment.
Additional duties may include:
1. Collective Training location estimates.
2. Project KHANJAR development.
3. Army sub-concept development.
The anticipated RSD commitment per week is assessed as a minimum of three.

ICSC(L) or sS equivalent Top Third Quality
Post SG2 (senior major)
Able to lead, supervise and filter the work of a small team of IG2 majors.
Cbt/Cbt Sp preferred – with experience of readiness and training cycles at SU, unit or fmn level
Prior experience in AHQ preferred.
