RG Complaints Military Liaison Officer

Position Role: Provide a military contribution to RG Complaints procedures, conducting investigations that are both thorough and transparent in order to ensure that processes adhere to stringent levels of assurance.                                                                                                              1.  Deliver an investigative function in support of the RG Complaints Team.
2.  Conduct cross-pillar liaison between ARITC Ops Gps.
3.  Interrogate recruiting throughput processes using DRS.
4.  Assist RG XO in responses to RFI and FOI requests.
5.  Provide structured reporting processes to RG RHQ.
6.  Ensure a feedback function to the RG Assurance Team.
7.  Coordinate with other elements of RG and ARITC, notably as a liaison officer to Med Br and Trg Ops.
8.  Project work as required.
