RSDs:  44 (with some additional available).

Domestic Considerations: Attendance at Tuesday evening Drill Nights (Essential).  An increased commitment would be advantageous (45-65RSDs). Around 10x training weekends per training year.

Position Role: To support the delivery of Unit training and administration.

Responsibilities:
1.  To support the Det Comd and OC Mametz Coy in the planning and execution of Coy and Det activities.
2.  Deliver imaginative training in line with the WUOTC Offer, syllabus and Unit Trg Directive.
3.  Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts.
4.  Carry out administrative tasks as directed, such as management of weapons, armouries, stores etc.
5.  Provide support to the Detachment PSI.
6.  Other duties as directed by the Comd Offr, OC Mametz Coy and/or Det Comd.

Attendance at Tuesday evening Drill Nights and training weekends. 24 drill nights from October to March to support University schedules

AA Skill at Arms Instructor.
Previous Tp/Pl SNCO.
Range Qualification.
AA Drill Instructor.
Any MATTs Instructor qualifications.
Any AT qualifications.
Cat C/D1 Licence.
Operational experience.
Experience of working in a Phase 1 training establishment.
