Vacancy detail

As the SO2 INFO TNR 3 within the Information Warfare Group act as the principle staff officer directing and prioritising staff effort across the group in order to deliver Hd IWG strategy and vision for the group with specific responsibility for:

Principle staff officer for all military MS functions, military career management and recruitment.
Responsible for the coordination of all internal and external visits to IWG
Direct staff effort, including prioritisation, to support Hd IWG strategy and vision.
Staff business cases to support enhancements to staff, education and resources
Military focus for all related Operational matters including operational and routine external tasks/trawls in support of JFD
Responsible for communicating the Hd IWG priorities and D&G to synchronise all staff activity to ensure timely delivery of directed output, an effective battle rhythm and sound information management.
In conjunction with the IWG BM lead on J1 matters (civilian and military) including workforce reporting and succession planning, HR implications from any organisational chages, diversity, inclusivity and performance rewards.
Ensuring effective, timely planning and management of resources to deliver IWG outputs.
Faculty lead for Information and Training compliance, Information and Training assurance, Risk assessment and performance management
Lead IWG Rep for all staff mandatory and SQEP training.

Defence Training Manager (DSAT (M))
Incumbent should be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft applications. Individual should have an understanding of Information Management, Defence Cyber and Defence Simulation and modelling.
