Vacancy detail

1.  Deliver Int Corps trade training to Reserve Ph2 and BPT assist in the delivery of Reserve Ph3 training.                                                           2.  Act as a Defence Instructor, NCO and OPINT SME role model all Trainees.                                                                                                 3.  Deliver mentoring and coaching to Ph2 Trainees as directed by the CoC.                                                                                                      4.  Assist in the Supervisory Care of all MIRET Trainees.                                                                                                                                 5.  Assist in the development of MIRET training material as directed.                                                                                                                6.  BPT deliver training elsewhere across the MI Reserve Bns as directed by the CoC.                                                                                                     This role would be benefit an aspiring Sgt or experienced Cpl.  It would also suit a newly promoted Cpl who has the relevant OPINT experience and is at the very top of their peer group. The individual must be confident, mature, intelligence and be able to clearly articulate themselves in the training environment.  Due to the nature of the training environment the individual must be capable of working independently at times with little guidance.

Individuals must have completed Int Corps PD11 and have been recommended through SJAR for employment in a Ph2 training environment.                              Staff will regularly work weekends and long hours (TOIL will be given).  This post would not be suitable for individuals with complex welfare issues or significant domestic considerations.
