Domestic Considerations:
1. Up to 35 nights separated service per year are a requirement of this post.
2. Deployment to UK mainland will be required to support Squadron and Regimental training.

Employer Comments:
1. Evening and weekend working will be required in support of Army Reserve Training (typically one evening per week and one weekend per month)

Position Role
Recruiting, Mentoring and Support Officer (ReMSO) responsible for recruiting and developing recruits until completion of Phase 1 training.

Responsibilities
1. Nurture applicants from first contact through to attestation and the end of Phase 1 training
2. Lead and manage a team.
3. Conduct, review and maintain oversight of the unit's IPRE on a regular basis.
4. Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners, including ex-regulars and re-joiners.
5. Manage relationships with the NRC, ROSO, ACCs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) YODA, Army.
6. employee support networks and WF Plans/Policy.
7. Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media.
8. Carry out other activities as directed by the chain of command.
