Domestic Considerations: 44 RSDs per year that includes Reserve training weekends and a 15-day Annual Deployment Exercise usually in May/Jun of each year.
Position Role: Inter Div Instr required to deliver leadership development for selected students through military training, adventure training, personal, intellectual and social development physical training and sports. On behalf of the Army, it is to engage with higher education institutes to support Regional Command civil engagement and contribute to Army inflow.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist OC Inter Div (Normandy Coy) with the unit focus for all officer cadets' undertaking training for commission.
2. Administration and execution of all modular training for the Commissioning Course Short Module B.
3. Enforcement of Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and policies appertaining to training/facilities and ensuring that all necessary Risk Assessments have been carried out before training commences.
4. Raising awareness of career options in the Armed Forces to officer cadets in year two of training and beyond.
5 Plan and coordinate Special to Arm training/familiarisation visits when required.
6. Identify suitable officer cadets for attendance at AOSB Briefing, Main Board and on to Commission.
7. Career management of all Officers’ and Soldiers’ under command.
8. Support training and other commitments as directed by OC Normandy Coy.
9. Validate Corps training and Internal Audit Team member as required.

Must be an exemplar of the values and standards of the British Army and recommended for employment in a Basic Training establishment.
