SO2 Knowledge Exploitation

1.  Identify opportunities for future technological exploitation and development of AKX at all Protective Marking levels (O, OS & S). 
2.  As HQ LWC SME for MoD KX, conduct engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of business outcomes.  
3.  Become team SME for new and emerging technologies such as the latest cognitive services from Microsoft. 
4. Reflect Government Communications Service (GCS) level 3 competence. 
5.  Maintain a strong knowledge of the communications landscape and champion the use of digital channels.  
6.  Understand Defence IT solutions, both domestic and theatre specific, and exploit available mediums to communicate the Army’s knowledge. 
7.  Manage the agile development of projects and teams to deliver KX improvements aligned with the Army’s strategic objectives.  
8.  Work closely with Defence Digital, Army Digital Services and other stakeholders to develop AKX platforms. 

Must be technically minded and inquisitive with a sound project management and delivery skill set and IM/IX/KX understanding. Able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders both orally and written. Able to explain technical issues in simple terms. 

SharePoint competence is an advantage with an understanding of web design and Office 365 functionality.
