Vacancy detail

1. Lead on Youth Engagement activity in London AO supporting RG to improve inflow to the Army by providing a permissive recruiting environment within Youth Groups Across LONDIST RPoC MTA 11-36
2.  Establish and develop relationships with education and youth organisations iot identify Engt. opportunities. 
3. Support  MIS Understanding Civil Engagement (UCE) tool used by HQ and all units in the RPoC. Capturing  measures of effect (MOE) to produce data analysis presented via Word, Excel for use by CofC. 
4.  Ability to confidently  work with virtual remote IT systems, delivering Engt to various remote audiences 
5.  Plan, deliver and assure appropriate youth activities, STEM LifeMaps, Shared Outcomes etc, as required 
6.  Establish and maintain contacts with key stakeholders, OGD, external agencies, liaising with RC and RPoC Bde Staff, DRM, ARTD/RG, Capita, ACIOs, Local Reg and Res units. 
7. Provide Assurance to CofC that Engt activity conducted is adequately Risk Assessed and assured 
8. Deliver other LONDIST tasks and duties as required.
Assuring RISK via detailed completion of Army Form 5010 submissions is required of post holder in addition to passing Military DBS Vetting.  Strong IT and analytical skills required in role. 
Public facing roles in either Recruiting or Engagement sphere would be an advantage but not essential.  Knowledge of engaging with Ethnic Minorities and Youth Organisations would assist in this role

Working within a 2* HQ Eng Team comprising 2 SO2s, 3 WOs and 6 RET SP.  Delivering Army Engt with a particular focus on youth audiences from disadvantaged areas within a view to increased Engagement with females and ethnic minorities.  Post would suit an individual with detailed knowledge of these groups.  Previous Ops WO or recruiting experience and competent operating with Office 365 & MIS systems is an essential requirement.  Strong planning, mentoring and organisational skills, are also required from the post holder
