Domestic Considerations: FTRS-LC. Some weekend, evening and school holiday working will be required to deliver training to cadets and CFAVS. NOOB will be required to carry out this role.
Position Role: To provide training and support to allocated Combined Cadet Force (Army) (CCF(A)) contingents and Army Cadet Force (ACF) as directed.
Responsibilities:
1.Provide training safety advice and guidance to the Cadet Forces within the CTT AOR
2.Ensure all cadet military/adventurous training is conducted in accordance with the SST/ACSMS and relevant Service publications
3.Assure cadet force training by checking; Training Authorisation Forms, EASPs, RAM, RASP and that the activity is compliant under the ACSMS
4.Attend meetings and conferences, within the AOR, RPOC and HQRC to advise, update on training/safety matters
5.Deliver initial/refresher training on the SST & ACSMS to Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV) and CTT staff as required
6.Attend working groups and conferences as directed by OC CTT. Share best practice with other TSAs, CTT staff and CFAVs within the wider Army cadet community
7.Monitor Army cadet training and report on and rectify bad practice. Liaise with training and safety SMEs where required to ensure current and correct advice is given
8.Any other task for the good and benefit of delivering the cadet experience as directed by the CoC

A motivated individual who can engage, inspire and motivate young people and effectively communicate with CFAVs and the wider CTT/RPOC/HQ Regional Command, on all matters regarding training and training safety. Ideally candidates should have held the rank of Warrant Officer in either the Army or RM. CTT induction training will be provided by the RPOC.
