As AH Army Welfare Project implement the future Army Welfare Delivery Model on behalf of the Principal Personnel Officer’s (PPO) Committee. Key tasks include:
1. Refine and implement the PPO Cttee's selected future welfare delivery model, encompassing in-unit contracted support and intended to professionalise welfare delivery at all levels, enhance access for all SP and families, and ensure consistency of delivery across the Army.
2. Lead the Army Welfare Project Team, comprising SO1 Welfare Project (REG) and SO3 Welfare Project (FTRS), coordinating project delivery in accordance the Project Task Tracker and Sync Matrix.
3. Manage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that delivery model changes are understood, supported and integrated with other welfare provision.
4. Support the review and implementation of organisational changes within the new Welfare Delivery Model.
5. Coordinate the refinement of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Business Case for contractor delivered welfare support.
6. Support the development of an Army Welfare Strategy, reflecting the new Welfare Delivery Model, and the review and updating of associated Army Policy as required.
7. Integrate future army welfare delivery within existing Army and Defence pan-DLoD programmes and initiatives as appropriate.
8. Support Hd Pers Pol as required across mutually supporting Pers Pol work strands.
Remote working possible, with regular attendance at Army HQ to engage with stakeholders. 90 RSDs.

Gd 1 staff experience.
ACSC. Pers staff experience. Previous experience in a large-scale change project. Unit command, with experience of existing welfare model.
